Cancellation Policy 

At Hello Beautiful! Skin & Beauty Therapy, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our booking and cancellation policies. 

A 50% booking deposit is required for all treatments at the time of booking. This deposit is fully redeemable on the day of your appointment. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes schedules change. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. 

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or in the case of a no-show, Hello Beautiful! Skin & Beauty Therapy reserves the right to retain your deposit. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on business, and this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and reduce the financial impact of last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
